What counts as a “stamp” (plain English)

A stamp = one official notary seal on a notary section/box of your paperwork.
If your paperwork has another notary box (or another document), that’s another stamp.

A second signer needs their own notary section/box

One stamp + one witness → $35 + $15 = $50
