1) Book your time
Pick a time on my online calendar and reserve your spot. You’ll see the price upfront ($25 first stamp, $10 each additional).
2) Do a quick ID check
You’ll receive a secure link for a quick ID check. Follow the prompts (snap your ID and a quick selfie). It takes about 2–3 minutes.
3) Meet Ariel on video & finish
Join the secure video room at your appointment time. I’ll guide you, we’ll confirm details, you sign, and I notarize. You’ll receive your notarized PDF right away.
What to have ready?
Your document (PDF preferred), a valid photo ID, and a device with camera + mic.
Tip: Find a quiet, well-lit spot and have any extra signers/witnesses present if needed.
