What I can’t notarize online

Texas HELOC and certain home-improvement loans on a homestead — must be signed in person at an authorized office (lender/attorney/title).

Certified copies of recordable documents (birth/death/marriage certificates, court records).

Any document your recipient does not accept via remote online notarization.

If unsure, message me and I’ll confirm quickly.

E-Signing (non-notary service)

Need a neutral pro to verify ID and host your signing when no notary stamp is required? E-Signing Session (ID validation + live signing) … $15 (no notarial act)

Simple pricing examples

One document, one stamp → $25

Two stamps in the same session (e.g., two certificates or two pages need seals) → $25 + $10 = $35

Three stamps in the same session → $25 + $10 + $10 = $45

Add a witness → add $15 per witness
